When you use my travel services, you should expect to pay professional service costs based on your needs, the number of individuals travelling, and the period. You have the choice of selecting a fully personalized itinerary or a quote. The charge includes extensive itinerary research, advice, itinerary creation, booking, and trip management. By charging a fee, we can select the best providers for you and match you with the most suitable homes, tours, and cruises for your travel style, regardless of commission. Many travel brokers work on commission, which means they are only compensated by the travel suppliers they work with. My top objective is to find the ideal fit for you without directing you to alternative providers who pay higher commissions. Also, I charge a fee to compensate for my time and experience, as well as in the case that you do not book or cancel your trip. Proper travel planning requires a significant amount of time. There are many moving pieces and details. It takes knowledge and research to offer you the best recommendations based on your tastes and needs, to cross all the “t’s” and dot all the “i’s,” and to continue to monitor conditions and changes leading up to and during the trip. All planning fees are nonrefundable.

Consider your travel budget and expectations. Where do you want to go? What dates do you intend to travel? Also, if your trip is more than a year away, wait to plan! Flights are only accessible approximately ten months in advance. Meanwhile, we can estimate a rough itinerary. The optimal period to book domestic flights is 6-8 weeks in advance, and international tickets should be booked 3-6 months ahead of time.
What is your typical approach to working with a new client?
As your personal travel adviser, we will meet via phone or email to discuss your requirements and preferences. I will use my location knowledge, connections, and expertise to design a full-service itinerary for each trip. If you want to make adjustments, I am pleased to do so! You have up to three adjustments to the itinerary. If you decide to alter your destination, you will be charged an extra cost because I will have to start over. You should expect to receive your itinerary within a week. You will be able to access your itinerary via our mobile itinerary app or web link. When you’ve fallen in love with the itinerary, the booking process begins. As your vacation date approaches, I’ll be finishing touches and sending you everything you need, so all you have to do is pack!
